Advanced Science and Automation Corp. wins the Donna Noble Outstanding Virginia Incubator Client Award for 2007

Accepting the award is Dr. Tamer Wasfy, President of ASA

The Donna Noble Outstanding Virginia Incubator Client Award is named after Donna Noble, a founding Board member, who passed away on May 29, 2001. Donna was known for her energetic and enthusiastic dedication to the incubator industry through Incubator Americas! in Arlington, Virginia. Each year, the association presents this award to an outstanding client company of one of its 28 Virginia incubation programs. Arlington Economic Development (AED) is the sponsor of the 2007 award and works to grow the regional economy and to promote Arlington as a regional national and international world class business and visitor location.

The Hampton Roads Technology Incubator (HRTI) has provided invaluable assistance to Advanced Science and Automation Corp. HRTI introduced ASA to the Hampton city government as well as to several community colleges, one of which is using ASA's training and education software. The incubator provided assistance to ASA in marketing its software products to area organizations and businesses, opening the doors to possible collaborative projects with some of those companies. The incubator's guidance and assistance have contributed to ASA's steady growth and its overall success.
