Advanced Science and Automation Corp. announces the release of IVRESS (Integrated Virtual Reality Environment for Synthesis and Simulation)
Hampton, VA- Virtual reality (VR) environments provide a natural interface between humans and computers by artificially mimicking the way humans interact with their physical environment. ASA announces the introduction of IVRESS (Integrated Virtual Reality Environment for Synthesis and Simulation) object-oriented software for data visualization and model creation. IVRESS can interface with input and output facilities of immerssive stereoscopic virtual reality systems (such as the CAVE and Immersadesk) and runs on SGI/unix or MS Windows 98/NT/2000 platforms.
